Credits have different expiry periods based on pack size: 1 credit (7 days), 5 credits (40 days), 10 credits (60 days), 20 credits (70 days).
Credits are personal and cannot be transferred to other accounts. However, you can gift credit packs to friends and family.
You can cancel bookings up to 2 hours before class time. Credits will be returned to your account automatically.
Credits do not roll over after expiry, but we'll send reminders before they expire so you can use them all.
All purchases are final, so we don’t offer refunds on credits. The good news: your credits are yours to use however you like within their validity period — so you’ve got plenty of time to ride!
Credits can’t be frozen or paused. Once they’re active, the clock starts ticking on their validity. We recommend booking sessions in advance to make the most of them.
