BLAST Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to BLAST Cycling Studio in Ajman. By purchasing a class package, booking a class, or entering the studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our posted studio rules. We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version is available at the studio and on our booking platform. BLAST operates under UAE law.
2. Opening Hours
Class schedules and operating hours are listed on-site and in the booking platform. They may change. Temporary closures may occur for events, cleaning, or maintenance purposes. No compensation is provided for temporary closures.
3. Studio Access
Everyone is welcome, including walk-ins, subject to capacity and safety. You may be asked to show ID. Accounts and bookings are for individual use only. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for safety or policy reasons.
4. Minors
No minors allowed in the studio at any time.
5. Class Packages
BLAST offers pay-as-you-go packages:
• Walk-ins: subject to availability. • 3-Class Trial Pack: for first-time riders. • 5-Class Pack: use within 40 days from your first booking. • 10-Class Pack: use within 60 days from your first booking. • 20-Class Pack: use within 70 days from your first booking. Packages activate on the date of your first booking, are for one rider, non-transferable, and expire as stated. Unused or expired classes are forfeited.
6. Studio Rules
• Arrive 15 minutes early if you’re new so that we can set up your bike and cleats. • Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed cycling shoes. Shoes are provided subject to availability. • Phones on silent in class. No filming or photographing other riders without explicit consent. • Use a towel and wipe down your bike after class. • No smoking, vaping, eating, or drinking other than water. • Late arrivals may be admitted at staff discretion. You’ll join for the remaining time only and accept the risks of skipping the warm-up. • Be respectful. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal and suspension of booking. Personal items are your responsibility. BLAST is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Lockers are for same-day use only.
7. Parking
Parking is available in front of and behind Flamingo Mall. Use designated areas and follow mall rules. BLAST is not responsible for vehicle damage, loss, or fines.
8. Bookings, Cancellations, No-Shows, Late Arrivals
• Cancel classes up to 2 hours before start time without penalty. • Wellness services (coming soon): provisional 2-hour cancellation. • No-shows and late cancellations deduct the booked credit. • Repeated no-shows/late cancellations may trigger booking restrictions. • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Late arrivals may enter at staff discretion; you participate only in the remaining time and accept responsibility for missing the warm-up. 9. Fees and Payments
Prices include applicable taxes. We accept major cards and other methods offered on our platform. Keep your login secure. Prices may change in line with applicable law. If payment fails, booking access may be suspended until it is resolved.
10. Data Privacy
We process personal data to manage bookings, payments, and operations in accordance with the appropriate safeguards under UAE law. For questions, contact the studio.
11. Health Declaration
By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit for vigorous activity and accept responsibility for your own health. Inform the coach of any conditions before class. Follow coach's guidance and ride within your limits.
12. Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Indoor cycling involves inherent risks. By entering the studio or participating in a class, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including the use of equipment and facilities.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BLAST, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or other claims arising from participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. This does not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Complaints and Feedback
Share feedback at the front desk or via the booking platform. We aim to respond promptly in line with applicable law.
15. Photo and Video
We may capture photos or videos during events or classes for BLAST communications and marketing. If you prefer not to appear, inform the front desk before class and avoid filming areas. Filming other riders without explicit consent is prohibited.
16. Multiple Accounts
One account per rider and mobile number. Alternate or false accounts may be suspended or cancelled without refund.
17. Refunds and Re-Subscription
All purchases are final and non-refundable. No cash or credit refunds for class packages, individual classes, or missed sessions. Expiries are firm, subject to any non-waivable rights under UAE law.
18. Severability
If any provision is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
